Tell us a bit about your career to date and how you got into recruitment.
I accidentally fell into recruitment over a year ago when I thought I was interviewing for another role. It ended up working in my favour and I’ve never looked back. My career has been a rollercoaster, a lot of ups and some downs but overall very exciting.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Fetch?
I love the culture this company fosters, we’re all here to support one another and to pursue our ambitions. Also, being on Southbank is an added bonus.
What’s one thing you wish people knew about recruitment / your industry?
That contract and temp work is GROWING and is the way of the future. Working in the Temp/Contract Business Support Space is brilliant because clients have very little risk and candidates also have maximum opportunity to work around their lifestyle, it’s the perfect ‘try before you buy’ scenario.
