  • Up and coming commercial & industrial builder with impressive portfolio of D&C projects

The Roles
  • #1 – Aged Care Redevelopment – Ringwood – Extension, Refurbishment and Fitout – two stage project. Some live environment elements. 
  • #2 – Industrial/Retail Project – Berwick - Greenfield project with tilt panel, structural steel and high end finishes. Generous construction program


Experience/Qualifications Required
  • A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects
  • Role #1 - strong live environment and building services experience. Role #2. Greenfield experience - in ground services, tilt panel and structural steel experience essential.
  • Certificate III or IV in OHS
  • An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
  • Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
  • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
