The Companies
  • Long established companies with secured work in regional Victoria
  • Permanent and contract roles – Bendigo and Shepparton areas
  • All offer 5 day work week
The Roles
  • PM – Bendigo – Major Institutional Builder (permanent)
  • PM/SM – Bendigo – Hybrid role on greenfield industrial development (permanent)
  • SM –Shepparton – industrial project (contract)
  • PC – Shepparton – social infrastructure project (permanent)

Experience/Qualifications Required
  • A stable track record working on commercial construction projects within the Victorian construction industry
  • For the SM roles:
    • Certificate III or IV in OHS and First Aid Certificate and an ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively.
    • Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
    • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
  • For the PM roles:
    • Strong programming, financial acumen and reporting skills
    • An ability to lead, mentor and manage a project team
    • Natural communication skills with an ability to forge outstanding relationships with clients, superintendents, consultants and other project stakeholders
  • For the PC roles:
    • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
    • Strong experience in managing and/or coordinating multiple commercial subcontractors
    • Exposure to management of shop drawings, document control and undertaking QA
    • Good time management skills and a willingness to work at the site interface alongside the PM, SM and subcontrators.
