Job description
The Companies
  • Established Tier 3 Groups with strong project workflows
  • Projects are both commencing in July
  • High calibre and stable PM/CA/PC teams to assist you
 
The Role
  • #1 – Educatioanl Build - two new buildings in existing school - $6m build
  • #2 – Heritage listed building conversion - new office/retail space - $8m build
 
Experience/Qualifications Required
  • A stable track record in supervision of $5m+ projects – new build experience essential along with strong understanding of in ground services.
  • Certificate III or IV in OHS, First Aid Certificate
  • An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
  • Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
  • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
  • Working with children check for the educational project.
