Sales Administrator | Commercial Contractor
Salary | $55,000 - $70,000 + Super
Location | Dandenong South
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm

The Role
We're seeking a collaborative individual ready to contribute to the Sales team and the greater business by being the first point of contact for new leads and lead generation.
Your main duties will include:
  • Supervise the vibrant front desk, becoming the primary liaison for clientele
  • Field numerous phone calls, direct them efficiently, and swiftly respond to email queries
  • Handle & qualify leads generated through various channels
  • Manage diary for Managing Director & schedule installations 
  • Liaise with Sales & Estimating team with pricing requests from clients & suppliers
  • Maintain Compliance Documentation
Skills & Experience
This position is tailor-made for an administrator who thrives has a passion for Sales & Business Development.
  • Minimum 2 years in an Administrative, Customer Service or Reception position | Building and Construction Industry preferred
  • Adept at precise daily data input and task management
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excel in a lively, rapid environment and bolster a methodical approach
  • You view yourself as approachable, bubbly, hospitable, and always ready to assist
