My client is a well-respected WA owned and operated mid-tier commercial builder with over a two decades operating in the market focusing on multi-residential, industrial, and regional non-process-infrastructure projects up to $100m in the Perth Metro and North West WA regions.
Due to an increase in workflow from repeat clients and success at tendering they are looking to expand their established team to keep up with the additional demand. This commercial builder is very well-resourced and boasts excellent tenure within the company, and as such opportunities to join the team do not come around as often!

Position Perks:
- Up to $150k + Super depending on previous experience.
- Work on a newly awarded $25m project!
- Loyal base of quality sub-contractors that are paid on time & taken care of!
- Family friendly hours 7am – 4.30pm.
- Office Based Position with free parking.
- Full-time Permanent Position.
- Busy pipeline on confirmed projects well into 2025.
- Well-resourced & experienced project team.
- Down to earth senior management team with regular team building events.
- Excellent tenure within the business!
Role Requirements:
- BSc Construction Management OR similar industry relevent qualification.
- Experience on commercial new build sites over $10m.
- Demonstrated experience on commercially successful projects.
- Ability to effectively liaise with consultants, contractors, and other key project stakeholders.
- Proven tenure in previous positons.
- Austrlian permanent resident or Citizens only.
