Job description
  • Fantastic company in their first five years with a great senior management team who hail from one of Australia’s best builders who are applying their skills and knowledge on projects to $15m
  • Interesting mix of projects already completed – government/institutional works (CSR accredited), luxury boutique apartments and interesting one off commercial builds.
  • They currently have 15 full time employees and are undergoing steady organic growth – they will have 8 projects in the field by years end.
  • Intermediate level CA – you will be site based on a $13m apartment build not far from the CBD
  • This company utilises Jobpac, experience in this software would be desirable, though not essential
  • You must have proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial construction sector in Australia
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
  • Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
  • Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
  • Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
  • Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
  • Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
