Job description
Your next employer is a long-standing boutique manufacturing business providing solutions to the construction and related industries.
Now seeking a Bookkeeper / Accounts Clerk on a part-time basis. This role can be hired anywhere between 18 and 24 hours per week, and the employer is flexible on the number of days and shift patterns that these hours are worked between. This is a fully office-based position in Carrum Downs (onsite parking available) so candidates must be in reasonable commuting distance from this location and willing to work in the office as required.
The Role
Key responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:
- Invoicing and Accounts Payable
- Assisting with Payroll Processing
- Assisting Sales and Project teams with Accounts Receivable as needed
- General administrative relief
The Person
The ideal candidate will have general Accounts Administration experience and be seeking a part-time position in the South Eastern suburbs. This is a boutique manufacturing business operating in the Construction space, so experience from a similar environment will be viewed favourably. This is a permanent role so full working rights without restriction is a must.
