My client are a luxury home builder, rapidly growing, and known for high-quality projects and exceptional craftsmanship. Due to expansion, we are now recruiting for a talented Accounts & Finance professional to grow with the team.
This role is best suited to someone with previous experience as an Assistant Accountant, Accounts Officer or Bookkeeper - Someone quick, dynamic and with a personable, friendly nature who can work with stakeholders internal and external from all walks of life.

The Role
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to) the following:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Manage Payroll for 30 employees and growing
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy
- Manage bank reconciliations and general ledger work
- Preparation for week. month and year end
- Project job costing
- Collaborate with team members to support financial operations
The Person
The ideal candidate will bring to the table the following skills and prior experiences:
- Proven experience in managing a high volume of receivables and payables
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in construction industry is a plus
- Experience in Onecore is a plus
