I am seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial new build project located just 30 minutes south of Brisbane. This is a short-term contract role with an immediate start, running through to the end of June 2025.
About the Project: This fast-paced new build construction project involves the full delivery of a new concept building.
- Steel structure erection
- Concrete works
- Full services installation(mechanical, electrical, hydraulic)
- Managing subcontractors and trades
- Ensuring construction timelines and safety standards are met
- Coordinating deliveries, inspections, and quality assurance
- Reporting progress to the Project Manager
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant worksite
- Proven experience in site management in commercial construction a MUST
- Strong understanding of concrete, steel structure, and service installation works
- Current White Card and relevant site qualifications
- Ability to lead teams and work closely with stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability to start immediately
- Be able to clear a national police check
- Immediate start on an active project
- Run a site from the ground up
