Salary - $70,000 - $100,000 + super + 20%-40% commission and team profits
The opportunity
Due to the ongoing expansion of our WA office and high client demand, we are looking for Recruitment professionals who are looking to establish and expand our WA market within the Mining and civil Infrastructure space, specialising in either blue or white collar. We currently have a mix of EPC, Asset owners, main contractor, sub contractor and consultancy agreements in place and are looking for the right individual to service these Clients whilst expanding this Client base and creating a team of high performing consultants.
With this being 360 role within our organisation we are ideally looking for an individual that has demonstrated the ability to expand on a warm desk and in return we are happy to remunerate these efforts.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Account Management of key and national Clients
- Day to day management of call lists
- Develop knowledge of the market to enable you to generate business
- Use various strategies to successfully attract Candidates & Clients
- Attending networking functions
- Participate in operational initiatives
