- They have secured their work for 2025, and are expanding their team with the appointment of a fourth PM
- You will be running two jobs concurrently to start and will be supported by a dedicated CA
- Projects are typically community, hospitality, some high end boutique apartments to the value of $5m currently, with good opportunities to work on larger jobs to $20m as you continue your professional development with his company.

Experience/Qualifications:
- A strong grounding as a CA and/or site based PC/SE, ideally with a handful of projects under your belt as a PM
- Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
- Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills, strong understanding of buildability, construction methodology and value engineering
- This company uses Jobpac, ProcurePro and PayApps so familiarity with these software packages would be beneicial
- A salary package up to the value of $160k with all tools of trade for a PM supplied
