Our client is a well-established and highly respected commercial construction, fit-out and refurbishment contractor based Perth metro. With a strong pipeline of government, commercial, and institutional projects across Perth, they pride themselves on delivering high-quality work with precision, safety, and a client-first approach.
Due to sustained growth and repeat business from long-standing clients, we are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to lead high-end commercial interior projects valued up to $10M. You’ll be joining a dynamic, hands-on team with a strong reputation for excellence and a collaborative site culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to handover
- Coordinate all site operations including subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Ensure all work is delivered to scope, time, budget, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Lead client & key stakeholder communications
- Champion WHS compliance and quality control onsite
- Collaborate with estimators, site managers, and directors to drive successful project outcomes
About You:
- Proven experience managing fit-out or refurbishment projects in the $5M–$10M range in WA
- Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and safety regulations
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive high-performing teams
- Proficient in MS Project, Procore (or similar project management software)
- Construction Management degree or similar industry qualification
- Full working rights in Australia
