Fetch Hospitality and Catering Division are seeking experienced Senior Mine Site Chefs for on going 2:2 Roster commencing ASAP
This is a great opportunity to work for a mining company that looks after its own catering and mining camp services - meaning you get to work for a company where you are more than just a number!
All candidates will be required to have a full Cert III as well as pass a full pre employment medical and Drug and alcohol screen - you will also have a current Drivers Licence
This role will require an ASP start with candidates required to be on site by next week at the latest - must have previous mine site catering experience as a chef. This will suit someone who is happy to work across all stations of the kitchen including breakfast and have the ability to design and implement menu for 200+ staff on site daily.

FIFO CHEF
- 2/2 Roster on offer - will need to be flexible at times
- Split shifts - will be responsible for breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts
- Working as part of a team of Chefs and Catering utilities
- $45 Per Hour (days) $51 Nights + Super - Weekly Pay
- Long term secure work - full time after 3 months
Experience Required:
- Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or Equivalent
- Mininum 3 years experience as a chef on a mine site in WA
- Must have full australian working rights + Citizenship / PR - this is an on going role and sponsorship is not available
- Bulk catering experience on a mine site essential
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen operations, systems and procedures
- Current Drivers Licence - essential.
- Clean Police Clearance
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Recent contactable references
- Must be available for an ASAP start
