Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end processing of accounts payable across multiple business entities
- Manage invoice entry, coding, and approvals in accordance with company policies
- Perform weekly and monthly payment runs
- Maintain supplier records and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and contractors
- Assist with month-end processes and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures
- Proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Confident working independently and within a team
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Industry experience in construction or project-based environments (advantageous)
