About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will work across our in-house Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll systems, supporting accurate and timely financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments (Accounts Payable).
- Generate and issue customer invoices, monitor receivables, and manage collections (Accounts Receivable).
- Assist with payroll processing, timesheet entry, and leave tracking.
- Support end-of-month reporting and financial audits.
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to resolve account queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and uphold company compliance standards.
- Proven experience in an accounts assistant or similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll functions.
- Experience using in-house or custom-built financial systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with high-profile clients.
- Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (preferred).
