The Roles

Two Site Supervisor roles – structure then finishes on projects in Melbourne’s bayside ($50m high end apartment) and Melbournes western corridor (7 level apartments- mid level finishes)
Long term projects that are programmed into the second half of 2024
Urgent roles commencing in the next 4-6 weeks

Experience/Qualifications Required

A stable career ground with good exposure of medium rise commercial/apartment construction methods from a structural perspective.
Exposure to façade/externals and/or finishing trades – this company is seeking to develop their staff to work on projects from start to finish.
Certificate III or IV in OHS, First Aid Certificate
An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.

Whats on offer

A salary package in the $130k-$160k range, dependent upon experience
