Site Manager x2 - Western Suburbs

The Companies

• Established Tier 3 Groups with strong project workflows

• Projects are in negotiation phase – will be commencing in late May/early June

• High calibre and stable PM/CA/PC teams to assist you

The Role

• #1 – Industrial/Retail in Truganina – 3 stage project over the next 18 months – first stage is $3m bulky goods retail

• #2 – Major Institutional Build in Werribee circa $10m, heavy refurb and new build components

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable track record in supervision of $5m+ projects – new build experience essential along with strong understanding of in ground services.

• Certificate III or IV in OHS, First Aid Certificate

• An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively

• Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar

• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
