Job description
The Company
  • A young up and coming company who have quickly established a great reputation of high quality builds to $5m
  • The Directors train and develop their staff and are seeking up and comers to be part of the growth of the company - this is an ideal role for an accomplished Leading Hand or Junior Site Manager to step up and run their own projects.
  • You will have the opportunity to run your own project to $4m – you will be running a singular project in either Greensborough or Wantirna
Your Responsibilities
 
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
  • Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
  • Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
  • Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
 
 
Experience/Qualifications:
  • A stable track record of employment with a trade grounding in carpentry and experience on commercial projects or high end residential with commercial building elements
  • An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
  • Exposure in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore would be benefical
  • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
