Site Foreman (Structure then Finishes)

The Role

• A Site Supervisor/Foreman role – initially overseeing structure – 5 storey build on a large site footprint and then roll into finishes

• Career position – construction program until the back half of 2025 and valuable repeat clientele so you will have ongoing work with an employer of choice

• High calibre site team including Site Manager, site based PM and CA and Project Coordinators

Experience/Qualifications Required

• A stable career ground with good exposure of medium rise commercial/apartment construction methods from a structural perspective.

• Exposure to façade/externals and/or finishing trades – this company is seeking to develop their staff to work on projects from start to finish.

• Certificate III or IV in OHS, First Aid Certificate

• An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively

• Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar

• A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
