My client, one of Australia’s best known Head Contractors is seeking an experienced MEPF Manager to take on a role overseeing building projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Role Requirements:
You will possess the ability to run services packages valued over $15M, be comfortable managing other staff and subcontractors and be a strong communicator at all levels.
The role requires a pro-active, motivated person with a desire to progress within an organisation that values staff development and places a high level of importance on ensuring that their staff are well looked after and receiving the training they need.

Role Requirements:
- Ideally Mechanically (not essential) biased
- Experience managing teams of people including other managers
- Sub-contractor management
- Commercial understanding and ability to manage budgets
- Delivery of MEPF services to projects valued over $15M
- Ideally experience with both Fit Out and new build projects with a particular interest in high rise residential towers and health projects
- Ability to liaise with Design teams and Architects is a must
- Applicants may come from a large sub-contractor or builder side background
