Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location - Southbank, Melbourne
Salary - $80,000 - $90,000 + super + 35%-40% commission

The opportunity

Due to the ongoing growth of our team in Victoria and high client demand, we are looking for Sales or recruitment professionals who are looking to move into a market where they can forge long lasting relationships with a number of our National PSA clients in the engineering space. 

With this being a senior role we are ideally looking for an individual that has demonstrated sales or agency recruitment experience with knowledge of the infrastructure, construction, engineering or property industries is advantageous. 

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Play an active role in account management and business development

  • Manage recruitment process from start to finish with both Clients and Candidates

  • Develop knowledge of the market to enable you to generate business

  • Use various strategies to successfully attract candidates

  • Qualify candidate suitability and client commitment for current or future vacancies, following best practices.
