Salary - $70,000 - $80,000 + super
Location – South East

My client is a well-respected Boutique Residential Builder that delivers prestigious Custom, Duplex & Multi-Unit projects for clients throughout Victoria. Due to their consistent and sustained growth, they are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their friendly, easy-going team and contribute to their success.

The Job
Acting as a right hand to a supportive Director, you will play an integral role in providing project-related support. No two days are the same in this role which makes your job interesting and diverse. This is a technical administrative role and will suit someone who is interested in progressing their career in project coordination. 
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Project workflow management
  • Prepare & Present HIA contracts and variations
  • Authority applications and approvals (Building Permits & Utilities)
  • Scheduling inspections
  • Manage phone and email correspondence 
  • Prepare and follow up fee proposals 
  • Provide direct project related administrative support 
  • Liaise with developers, architects & engineers
  • Ensure a smooth handover and settlement with clients
  • Assist the construction admin team with ad-hoc tasks occasionally as required

About You
  • 1+ years’ experience in Residential Construction in a similar role is highly regarded
  • Strong administrative and multitasking skills are a must
  • Ability to confidently follow-up on documentation and liaise with stakeholders
  • You are a team player and enjoy a fun, friendly and supportive environment
  • Your goal is to grow within a company and stay on for the journey as they continue achieving
