As a result of continued growth, tthey are on the hunt for a Production Estimator to join their team.

The Role


  • Quantifying materials and labour required on each job
  • Performing details BOQs and quantity take offs
  • Maintain price files within estimating software
  • Ensure all tenders, contracts and variations are accurately completed
  • Investigate and resolve issues to produce price quotations
  • Obtaining quotes and pricing from suppliers and maintaining registers
  • Working closely with internal departments


About You


  • 2+ years hands on residential estimating experience including Volume and/or Custom Builds.
  • Relevant qualifications in Building and Construction, Design and or Engineering.
  • Understanding and interpreting architectural drawings, engineering drawings, soil reports and various contract documents.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Databuild.
