Job description
Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking skilled Maintenance Fitters to represent us at several of Australia’s leading manufacturing facilities.

Live roles:

• Various Shifts Maintenance Fitter – Resevoir

• Afternoon Shift Maintenance Fitter - Bayswater

• Afternoon Shift Maintenance Fitter – Dandenong South

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all equipment during the shift.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose any mechanical issues that arise.

• Implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Hydraulics and Pneumatics

• Conduct repairs and modifications to all plant and equipment as required.

• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure minimal downtime and loss of production.

Requirements:

• Trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter with a minimum of 3 years’ experience

• EWP licence and forklift - for Bayswater role 

• Demonstrated experience in preventative and reactive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and gearboxes

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

The Role:

• This is an ongoing casual role with opportunities to go permanent for the right candidates.
