Key Responsibilities:
- Program and set up laser cutting machines based on job specifications and CAD drawings.
- Operate laser equipment to produce precise parts consistently.
- Monitor machine operations, make adjustments, and conduct regular maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize processes and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished parts and adhering to safety protocols.
- Previous experience as a Laser Programmer/Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC laser cutting machines, using CAD/CAM software.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in laser technology or CNC machining preferred.
