Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced carpenters in various phases of high-end residential construction projects.
- Learn and apply fundamental carpentry techniques, including measuring, cutting, shaping, and joining wood materials.
- Participate in the installation of custom cabinetry, millwork, trims, and other intricate wood elements.
- Gain hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, and specialized equipment used in the trade.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and classes to enhance your carpentry skills and industry knowledge.
