This Medium Density/ Townhouse builder has been operating over the past 15 years. Known not only for their quality and professional services that they provide - but they are also a builder that recognises how important their staff are and the contribution they have towards their company's goal. They are now on the search for the next super star to act as the frontline ambassador by greeting visitors and answering calls, assisting Accounts Payable and the Finance team and providing general administrative support to all staff to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

My client is seeking a collaborative individual ready to contribute to diverse daily operations. Your responsibilities encompass:
  • Professionally greet, welcome, and direct visitors.
  • Receive, screen, and direct all incoming calls.
  • Assist accounts payable officer with tasks daily.
  • Track & maintain vehicles & equipment records.
  • Order and restock stationery and office supplies.
  • Provide general office administration support.
  • Assist in coordinating company functions and events.
  • Manage staff contact lists and new starter administration.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
  • Provide support to different departments as needed.

This position is tailor-made for an administrator who thrives as the central hub of the workspace.
  • Minimum 2 years in an Administrative, Customer Service or Reception position
  • Building and Construction Industry experience is preferred
  • Adept at precise daily data input and task management
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excel in a lively, rapid environment and bolster a methodical approach
  • Reliably adhere to timelines and prioritise
