THE COMPANY

  • $40m commercial/industrial project commencing soon with a program until the end of 2025 – seeking an accomplished CA to administer this project.
THE ROLE
  • Intermediate to Senior CA who is seeking a career based role. Strong head contract and subcontract expertise required
  • You will be joining an medium sized team, supported by a CA/PC, working alongside an accomplished PM, with dedicated SE/PE resources on the project.
  • Cheops experience beneficial, central office location.
  • Project is based outer metropolitan Melbourne – when visiting site they do offer accommodation overnight if desired.
THE DUTIES
  • Administer Contracts (Head / Subcontracts)
  • Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule
  • Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules
  • Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders
  • Manage progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
  • Administer RFI’s to architects, consultants and clients
  • Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements
