A rare opportunity has come up for you to move yourself and your family to Alexandra and specialise in delivering 3 million dollar plus builds. We are looking for a talented Carpenter with a passion for precision and an eye for detail to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end custom builds, with expertise in woodworking and intricate detailing, with high end finishing. This position offers the opportunity to work on prestigious projects and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals dedicated to creating one-of-a-kind spaces. My client has around 70 employees and boasts 30+ Master Builder awards, with generally having 14 plus projects on the go. All the work is based around the beautiful city of Alexandra, Victoria. $25,000 will be paid for relocation to help you move provided you commit to at least two years of work.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of design plans.

• Work closely with the site manager to deliver projects on schedule 

• Utilise a variety of tools and techniques to achieve the highest level of precision and quality in all woodworking projects.

• Manage and mentor junior carpenters, ensuring adherence to project time lines and quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end custom builds.

• Extensive knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.

• Ability to interpret and work from architectural plans and design specifications.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior carpenters and apprentices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in high-end custom carpentry.

• Experience on builds over 4 million 

• Proficiency in using a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.

• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
