The delivery of quality white-collar construction personnel to the Melbourne Built Environment has always been the foundation and catalyst to the success of Fetch Recruitment. With the investment from Government and Private Enterprise continually increasing in Victoria - and projected to rise even more - the need for quality personnel within a short space of time will again fuel the machine that is our Commercial Construction Contract Team.

The Contract Team’s aim is simple: deliver the best quality people in a short space of time. When our clients call, they are relying on us to solve their staffing emergency or assist them in staffing their project base.

The Fetch Contract team is headed up by Dwayne Kelly, who is undoubtedly the industry leader when it comes to solving issues for his dedicated clients as well as maintaining relationships with the industries best performed short-term contract workers. This is proven yet again with the Contract Desk being the best performing division within the business yet again. He is the go-to guy for his clients and candidates.
