Victoria joined Fetch in 2023 as a Marketing Coordinator. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Business Management with Marketing, Victoria started her marketing career in the UK and has experience from a variety of industries including engineering and technology.

Looking after marketing strategy, campaign management and digital communications, Victoria is keen to transfer over 3 years of industry experience into recruitment. Victoria joined Fetch for several reasons, but she was particularly impressed by the expertise within the business, and its culture – focusing on output and performance as well as flexibility and work-life balance.
