Tell us a bit about your career to date and how you got into Recruitment.
I fell into recruitment quite young. I grew my career, followed my manager to Fetch, and developed my career from a Resourcer to Principal Consultant.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Fetch?
Definitely the culture, it's so much more than just Friday drinks. No matter what level you’re in and what part of your life, everyone is so warm, always willing to help, loves a bit of banter, and really wants the best for each other.
Beyond that, there are amazing incentives and a great commission structure (cause we’re all here to do well). There's flexibility and such an open-door environment. You’re always speaking to people who understand and listen with open ears.
What’s one thing you wish people knew about recruitment or your industry?
If you work with the right recruiter, you will honestly get so much benefit out of your job search. We genuinely care about our candidate's and clients' careers and value what we do so much.

Being promoted to Principal Consultant a few months ago!

Anyone who knows me, knows I can eat 10,000 calories in 15 minutes!
Golden Gaytime icecream, Sour Straps, Pods, pizza rolls, Daniel's Donuts, Macca's nuggets, garlic bread, sushi, HSP... I could go on for days!

The decent weather coming through
My mum that I facetime ten times a day
My pilates 5 am classes!
