A leading Civil contractor working on approx 260 projects across 4 states and with circa 2000 employees is looking to expand its' team in their yard based in Rocklea.
Position Overview:
This major civil company are looking for an experienced yards person to join their yard based in Rocklea. The role will be predominately yard based but will require items to be delivered or picked up from various projects regularly.

This is an ongoing position where you will be working 8-10 hour days, 5 days per week. Some Saturdays might be required

Position Overview:
This major civil company are looking for an experienced yards person to join their yard based in Rocklea. The role will be predominately yard based but will require items to be delivered or picked up from various projects regularly.

YOUR DAY TO DAY DUTIES:
- Maintaining the organisation, cleanliness and functionality of the yard and workshop
- Receiving, cleaning and storage of materials, hardware, tools, etc from project sites
- Fulfilling orders to go to new or existing projects
- Loading and unloading by forklift
- Using a work ute for delivering or picking up smaller loads or items
- Clean out and wash returning work vehicles, small plant and equipment
- Assisting mechanics within the workshop when required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Ideally you'd come with Yards Person, Store Person or Civil Labouring experience
- Current Forklift ticket and White Card
- License + Own Transport - There will be times where an earlier start is required due to site demands
