Volume Builder: Site Manager - Geelong

The Client

I have an immediate role with a Melbourne based residential volume builder. They are in need of an experienced Site Supervisor who comes from a volume background, ideally located in between Geelong and Point Cook as they have won multiple jobs that will take them well into 2022.

It's a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate - My client is known for their great working culture & environment. They value each and every one of their staff, where no one is treated like a number which is why they have such a high retention rate. They are very selective when it comes to onboarding new staff.


The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous longevity/tenure with prior companies
• a sound knowledge of volume projects and Aus Standards & Safety Regulations
• Organised and strong time management skills
• Local knowledge and an existing trade network
• A determined attitude and desire to achieve more
• Independent and takes responsibilities for their projects

There is room for professional development and growth/promotion for the right candidate - The strategy behind this role will be a progression process plan to help mould the right person for more responsibility.
