The Role:
You would be responsible for delivering the Tender and Contract to the client with patience and empathy in the support of the development of their dream home, ensuring both client & company expectations are aligned.

  • Review all documentation prior to client appointments to ensure accuracy when presenting to the client
  • Answer all client queries clearly and concisely in regard to options, costings, timeframes, building processes etc.
  • Effectively managing the clients experience through each appointment ensuring they are provided with an excellent level of service and that all efforts are made to provide a 'win-win' outcome.
  • Provide detailed and accurate handover/knowledge transfer to Building Coordinators with all the necessary information required to provide clients with the highest level of customer service.
  • Complete all Post Contract Variations associated with the contract appointment and liaise with client until signed.

To Be Considered:
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a great attention to detail.

  • A background in a Client Liaison or Sales Consultant role in the Residential Construction industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Highly organized, a strong communicator and possesses good negotiation skills
  • A pro-active approach to your work and be driven to achieve results
  • Excellent customer service skills, including a genuine desire to assist customers
  • Permanent residency and holding a full COVID 19 Vaccination certificate
