The Job

Utilising your Customer Service skills, you will play an integral role in the process of the customers home build. This important role ensures that the customer understands the process of their build and their requirements.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitate tender and contract presenting appointments. Delivering accurate information to customers.
  • Ensure the customer understands the building process and their responsibilities.
  • Liaise with Building Coordinators to ensure an accurate handover of information.
  • Complete post-contract variations and contract signing.
  • Present legal HIA contracts and maintain knowledge of the specifications.
  • Maintain database to reflect communications and variations.

About you

This important role will suit someone who has experience in customer service, facilitating high-level client interactions or appointments that entail explaining detailed processes.

  • MUST HAVE 3+ years experience in a Customer Service setting managing high-level processes and interactions.
  • Experience in Residential Construction with presenting tenders or contracts is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Attention to detail is imperative in communicating with clients and trades.
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive and positive can-do attitude.
  • MUST HAVE permanent residence.
