Responsibilities:

  • Working across a variety of roles
  • Assisting with Bid Submissions
  • Utilising sound judgment and making independent decisions
  • Generating and collating reports
  • Engaging in data entry processes
  • Administration duties
  • Working collaboratively in part of a team
  • Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant



A bit about you:

  • Experience working in an administration role, specifically within construction
  • Experience with Bid Submissions
  • A positive and can-do attitude is a must!
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a faced passed environment, where you can manage a dual role
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of computer professionally specifically with Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office, (InDesign would be ideal)
  • High level of skill with data entry, collating reports, and project administration assistance
  • Ability to work independently, and within a team, having strong people skills is necessary
  • An administration Certificate would be highly advantageous
