Offering an exciting and secure opportunity for an experienced estimator holding a minimum of 3+ years local industry experience within the subcontract space of formwork to commence on a fulltime basis

Roles & Responsibilities
As an experienced Estimator, you will play a key role in the growth of the business with demonstrated knowledge & experience within concrete formwork and all associated modules required in delivering full tender preparations.

The successful candidate will provide take offs from technical drawings and construction plans, creating comprehensive tender submissions and quotations with an exception delivery on attention to detail.

Developing and sustaining strong client relationships you will be working closely with subcontractors & contractors, presenting a personable yet strong approach to getting numbers over the line.

Personal Attributes

• With a minimum of 3+ years estimating with a focus in concrete 'Formwork Structures as a particular focus
• Sound understanding of the, Australian construction industry with the ability to read & understand architectural or construction plans/drawings.
• You will understand how to define and write comprehensive tender submissions
• Excellent organisation and time management with the ability to lead when required
• Ability to work autonomously with demonstrated ability to tender and gain structural packages of up to $15+ Million

To be successful in this role you will hold previous estimating experience within the Formwork Structures industry here in Melbourne, with a minimum of 3+ years Australian experience required.
