Skilled Labourer

About role: Assisting Carpenters with custom home builds. Working for a residential builder who specialises in multi-million dollar projects. Work on all aspects of a new home build including framing, lock up, fix, finishing's and general labouring duties. Utilise your experience with tools while working along side qualified carpenters. Ongoing work available with projects lined up for the next 12 months.

Current projects:

• $5m custom home in Malvern
• $2.5m renovation in Caulfield
• $6m custom home in Kew

Duties:

• Assisting carpenters
• Cutting materials
• Operating power tools
• Site cleans
• Unloading deliveries

Requirements:

• Drivers license and vehicle
• COVID Vaccination Certificate
• White card
• Basic hand & power tools
• Basic PPE
