About the Role
You will be joining this companies Medium Density branch, operating across the inner suburbs of Melbourne. Reporting to a hands-on and supportive Construction Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Managing all phases of the build process
• Interpreting building plans, engineer reports, specifications and codes of practice
• Scheduling and coordinating trades

To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique opportunity, you will have;

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Supervisor role within Residential Construction
• Minimum of 2 years experience within townhouse or apartment construction
• Permanent working rights
• Confidence in your skills and ability to build multi-level projects
