Our client is well known in the Luxury Residential sector and specialises in high-end renovation and extension projects valued between $500k- $2 million. Their main office and projects are generally across the North and inner West suburbs of Melbourne.

Job
An opportunity has become available for a Site Supervisor to join this successful team and work on some iconic projects. Your duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

• Reading and interpreting plans and drawings to ensure construction work is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
• Supervising the work of Trade staff and subcontractors
• Ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality and standard
• Ensuring OHS protocols are adhered to
• Follow Program to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standard of work
• Oversee 3-5 projects at a time

Your profile
To be successful you will need to be from a Carpentry Trade background and have Site Supervisory experience within the residential sector on projects valued over $1 million. You will also need to have outstanding communication and leadership skills and demonstrate a successful track record of completing projects safely, to a high standard and on time.
