Site Supervisor

Our client has been successfully delivering major townhouse projects through out Melbourne for over 15 years. They have a very strong network of developers and are very consistent with their the work load. With strong financial stability and regular loyal trades they take some of the main stresses away from delivering your projects successfully.

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor from either a volume home builder or a medium density townhouse builder, who has strong team leadership skills, high energy and a passion to deliver in a collaborative team.

You will be apart of a successful and close knit team on a 60 townhouse project in the inner west of Melbourne, you will report into the Project Manager and be supported by 2 supervisors. Duties will include but limited to:

• Day to day management of the project
• Coordinate trade inductions and management
• Overseeing and manager or quality and safety
• Track and drive the construction program
• Materials management
• Progress claims and Variation documentation
• Ensure the project is adhering to companies process and procedures
• Ensure quality and safety standards are being met
