Site Supervisor

Your new company
This custom home builder is in a growth phase and is looking for a detail oriented site supervisor who will grow with it. The company's phenomenal reputation for delivering a quality product on time and within budget, make them a recognised builder of choice in the area. They have picked multiple projects in the pipeline across Melbourne so would like an experienced supervisor to run these projects from end to end.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supervising the build of 1- 2 custom houses, including organising trades, ordering and scheduling materials and works, as well as managing timelines and budgets and conducting site checks. As an ambitious hard worker, you will have the opportunity to run this build autonomously and really take control of the project from start to finish.

What you'll need to succeed

• Carpentry trade qualified
• MUST have experience supervising custom residential projects from 1M +
• Basement experience would be considered fabourably
• Cert IV in Building and Construction and a Builder's License are an asset, but not a necessity.
