ABOUT US:
Our client is a multi-award winning home builder operating for over 20 years and have quickly developed into one of Australia's fastest growing housing companies. They pride themselves on delivering thousands of stylish townhouses and homes to clients across the Victoria region with a high customer satisfaction rate. With 8 display homes and land development branches, we currently build across all the new estates in the Melbourne, Ballarat, and Geelong regions.

As they are expanding in the Geelong region, we are currently on the hunt for an experienced site supervisor that's looking for an exciting new change.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Managing a team of sub-contractors and trades on site
  • Looking after 15-18 volume build projects at a time
  • Monitoring OHS, claims and warranty
  • Liaising with contractors, trades and clients
  • Submitting necessary paperwork as required


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Minimum 1 year of volume build experience
  • A supportive and team-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with Click Homes is favourable
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to promptly resolve any issues that arise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
