Site Supervisor

We are now currently expanding our sites in Geelong and are on the hunt for a seasoned and experienced supervisor that possesses the desirable qualities reflective of our company. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Supervising the construction of 15-20 volume builds from site-start to handover.
• Arranging supplies and verifying delivery of supplies and materials.
• Managing a team of sub-contractors and trades on site; having access to your own trade base is favorable.
• Delivering satisfactory results at the completion of every stage, and passing all quality analysis checks
• Monitoring OHS, claims and warranty issues that may arise during the period of the build
• Liaising with contractors, trades, and clients to ensure a harmonious working environment is maintained
• Submitting necessary paperwork as required and reporting to office days to complete necessary paperwork.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Minimum 2 years of volume build experience
• A genuine drive to succeed and deliver exceptional results
• A supportive and team-oriented mindset
• An energetic and enthusiastic attitude alongside personable skills to liaise with clients and trades
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to promptly resolve any issues that arise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
