Site Manager - Melbourne CBD - Contract Role

My client is a leading Fit-out company that specialises in commercial & educational projects valued up to $35mil. They have a need for an experienced Site Manager to assist with delivering an office fit-out valued $15M in Melbourne's CBD. You will be supported by an experienced project manager along with great subcontractors who have ongoing relationships with the company.


The Position

• Run and co-ordinate all site activities
• Liaison with architect, engineers, subcontractors, clients & unions
• Manage and drive sub contractors
• Maintain & control all on-site records
• Run project to the construction programme, specification & budget
• Overseeing all OH&S and ensure the site is a safe workplace
• Deliver project on time & to budget

You will Need:

• A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
• A minimum 5 years experience working for a commercial construction company in Melbourne as a Site Manager
• Excellent presentation and communication both written and verbal - client facing
• Computer literate
• A passion for construction and desire to advance your career
• Sound knowledge of OH&S practices
