Site Manager - Industrial Warehouse

My client requires an immediate Site Manager to come onboard to complete an Industrial warehouse new build.
The role will include managing and delegating duties to all sub contractors, monitoring OHS, keeping record and maintaining the project schedule as well as ordering all materials and managing deliveries to site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the project in it's entirety, from establishing site sheds, monitoring the construction of the concrete precast structure (2 level's) and managing the entire fitout through to completion.

This will be an initial contract role for a period of up to 6 month's, however should you be the right fit for the company and they the right fit for you, this role could turn into a permanent role either before or at the completion of the 6 month contract.

What's Required

The successful candidate will come from an Industrial background. You will have at least 5 years experience delivering projects such as -

• Office Warehouses
• Cold Storage facilities
• Food Processing plants
• Industrial Parks
• Bunnings warehouses
• Storage Facilities

Trade Qualifications in carpentry are a MUST for this role.
