Site Manager - Commercial Apartments

• New Project to commence in June (immediate start available)
• Excellent support and systems from a well structured builder
• Remuneration up to $220,000 Salary package

My client builds contemporary, bespoke developments with a commitment to the highest quality finishes and highly successful at negotiating new work from an impressive repeat client base.
They are an industry leader in the creation of high-end multi-residential projects and due to sustained business growth, and several projects about to commence they are looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their dedicated team. The initial project is a high profile apartment build valued at approximately $40M.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Oversee all construction activities on site
• Coordinate & monitor subcontractor site activities
• Attend site subcontractor meetings
• Lead & mentor Site Supervisors, OHS Representatives, & all labour on site
• Monitor the implementation of design details & ensure construction in accordance with relevant codes & standards
• Assume responsibility for Site Safety & Environmental Performance

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:

• Tertiary or trade qualified
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a commercial site manager
• Attention to detail combined with a sense of urgency
• Proven track record delivering projects 10+ Storeys
• Excellent references
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Computer proficiency
• An eye for quality and safety
