The Role
You will be supported with a dedicated Project Manager and Contract Administrator on all of your projects. Reporting to the project Manager you will be in charge of all site activities including:
Managing and scheduling subcontractors
Ensuring the project is kept on schedule and budget
On site safety
Quality Management
Run Toolbox meetings
Reporting to the project Manager and relevant stakeholders
YOU
A proven track record in delivering projects in excess of $5million from start to completion
A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
A proven track record of delivering education, community or government projects
Experience working in live environments considered a bonus
An extensive understanding of commercial building practices
Outstanding communication and time management skills
Excellent ability to handle OH&s issues and resolutions
Computer Literate
Excellent reputation and references to match
Leadership qualities and a great personality!
